Along with Kyocera Digno ISW11K Android smartphone, KDDI au, the Japan’s second biggest carrier has also official introduced another Android smartphone, the Arrows Z ISW11F. New handset is made by Fujitsu-Toshiba Mobile and will go on sale in November 2011 in Japan.
Running on Android 2.3.5 OS, the Fujitsu-Toshiba Mobile’s ARROWS Z ISW11F smartphone is sports a 1.2GHz dual-core TI OMAP4430 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB flash storage, and microSDHC card support (up to 32GB).
Fujitsu-Toshiba Arrows Z ISW11F is packs a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, a rear-facing 13 megapixel camera with 1080p video recording, and a 1.3MP front-facing camera for video calls.

Other feature on KDDI Arrows Z ISW11F smartphone is Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, TV tuner, an infrared port, HDMI and MicroUSB ports.
New phone is a waterproof with its dimensions are 64 x 128 x 10.1 mm and weighs 131 grams. This smartphone is works in GSM and CDMA networks, and WiMAX.

In September 2011, KDDI au will start selling the Windows Phone Mango-based smartphone in Japan, the Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T. This handset is becomes the world’s first smartphone to run Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS. The upcoming smartphone is manufactured by Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile Communications.

The Mango OS will bring several features such as applications multitasking, Internet Explorer 9, and app threads. Beside Mango, Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T is meets IPX5/IPX8 (water-resistant) and IP5X (dust resistant) rated.

As specs of KDDI au IS12T packs a 3.7-inch touchscreen display with 800 x 480 resolution, a 13.2 megapixel rear-facing camera, GPS, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity. The KDDI Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T smartphone is boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8655 processor, 32GB of built-in storage, and a microSD card slot.

It is comes in three color options – Citrus, Magenta and Black. Dimensions of Toshiba IS12T are 59 x 118 x 10.6 mm and weight 113 grams.

Toshiba introduced its latest smartphone in Japan, namely Toshiba dynapocket IS02. It will be sale via KDDI cellular operator.

Toshiba dynapocket IS02 is similar of the Toshiba K01, which was announced early February in the Mobile World Congress 2010. However, Toshiba K01 is designed for GSM and UMTS, while Toshiba IS02 dynapocket is for CDMA 1x EV-DO Rev. A.

Toshiba dynapocket IS02 has a sliding QWERTY keyboard, 4.1-inch touchscreen OLED display with a resolution 480×800 pixels (WVGA), 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, a microUSB port, and a microSD card slot (up to 16GB).

The Toshiba dynapocket IS02 smartphone is boasts 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and running on Windows Mobile 6.5.3 OS. Dimensions of Toshiba dynapocket IS02 are 66×123×12.9 mm.

Toshiba announced its Snapdragon-powered TG01 smartphone… again! This time around, the Japanese company said they’ll ship it with Windows Mobile 6.5. Not that we didn’t knew it will be upgradable to the latest version of Microsoft’s mobile OS once it’s released, it’s just that Toshiba’s PR folks decided to get some additional media attention. And as you can see, they’ve succeeded.

Anyway, the updated TG01 will start shipping in Europe on October 6th, whereas the existing TG01 owners will get a WinMo 6.5 upgrade, free of charge.

Looking for a way to further push the Snapdragon processor while constrained with a 4.1-inch screen, the Japanese-based Usuda Research Institute and Systems Corp has tacked on a MEMS motion sensor to Toshiba‘s T-01A, also known as the TG01, for motion-based navigation around what it’s touting is a 2,000-inch picture. According to Nikkei, this “MotionPlus” like adapter has been shown to work alongside the camera, potentially paving the way for some AR application like we’ve seen with Tegra. It’s hard to tell from the videos just how accurate it is, but we’d love to see this go official — after a few cosmetic improvements, of course.
