Smartphone Sony Ericsson Vivaz (SE Kurara U5), which was officially announced last month, have received the approval of FCC.
The smartphone Sony Ericsson Vivaz has been tested as Sony Ericsson U5a in the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S.A.
Smartphone Sony Ericsson U5a is now allowed to work in networks of UMTS II and V, i.e. 1900 MHz and 850 MHz. This means that the release of Sony Ericsson U5a can very soon be expected in the retail network of U.S. operator AT & T or the Canadian operator Rogers.
Sony Ericsson Vivaz is the second smartphone running Symbian S60 5th Edition (Symbian ^ 1), followed by smartphone Satio.
Sony Ericsson U5a features include a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels, support of GPS-navigator, Wi-Fi module, an 8-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED-flash and video recording with a resolution of HD (720p).
