Japanese operator, NTT DoCoMo has officially announced a new smartphone, the Aquos Zeta SH-02E. This handset is manufactured by Sharp and world’s first smartphone to have a low-power IGZO display.

Reportedly, IGZO screen panel is made using transistors based on indium, gallium, and zinc (stands for indium gallium zinc oxide). The screen has a high resolution, higher translucency but low power consumption. In addition, they have a wide viewing angle and good color reproduction.

Running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, Sharp Aquos Zeta SH-02E smartphone sports a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor, Adreno 320 GPU, and a 4.9-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.

Others features are NFC, 4G LTE, TV tuner, a 1.2-megapixel front camera and a 16MP BSI CMOS rear-facing camera with LED flash. New Sharp Aquos Zeta SH-02E is waterproof and dustproof smartphone.

Japanese operator, Softbank is plans to start taking order for new Sharp powerful smartphone before March 201, the Aquos Phone Xx 203SH. This flagship smartphone will come in few color options and high-end features.

Softbank’s Aquos Phone Xx 203SH boasts a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage expandable via MicroSD card.

Running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, Sharp Aquos Phone Xx 203SH by Softbank brings a ‘New Mobile ASV’ 4.9-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. There are two cameras: a 1.2-megapixel front and a 16MP autofocus on the back.

The Aquos Phone Xx 203SH is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, GPS, NFC, and digital 1Seg TV tuner. It works with W-CDMA mobile networks.

Sharp is going prepare to launch its latest Android smartphone for outside Japanese market, the Sharp SH530. New handset isn’t look like a high-end device but brings a 5 inches touchscreen display with resolution of WVGA (800 x 480 pixels).

Shipping with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, the Sharp SH530 is powered by a 1.0GHz MTK MT6577 dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage.

For capturing special moments, Sharp dual-core smartphone provides 5 megapixels on the back and a 1.3MP forward-facing for video chats.

Besides dual SIM cards capabilities, other features include Wi-Fi, GPS, HSPA, and MicroSD card slot. Dimensions of Sharp SH530 are 140 x 80.9 x 9.9 mm and weight about 177grams.

The Japanese mobile operator, Softbank will start selling its special smartphone in July, the Sharp Pantone 5. This handset is becomes the world’s first device capable of measuring radiation levels. It is manufactured by Sharp and comes with a chip to detect gamma radiation in the air in range from 0.05 and 9.99 microsieverts per hour. Just press a dedicated button (on front), the handset will process it and takes just about 10 seconds.

This smartphone is the fifth in Softbank’s Pantone lineup and will be available in variety colors (eight different flavors) such as vivid pink, purple, blue, and more (see on picture below).

Hardware specs, new Sharp Pantone 5th sports a 1.4GHz single-core processor and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. This device has feature a 3.7-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. As camera, Pantone 5 provides a 4-megapixel rear-facing with autofocus and a 0.3 megapixels front-facing camera. Other feature is GPS, waterproof, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity.

It is also measuring 115 x 58 x 12 mm.

Already official introduced last year, the Sharp AQUOS Phone 104SH smartphone has launched by Softbank in Japan. This Sharp handset is also a rugged device that meets IP5X dustproof and IPX5/X7 waterproof.

Running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, the Softbank Sharp AQUOS Phone 104SH boasts a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of onboard storage.

This Sharp 104SH smartphone has feature a 4.5-inch New Mobile ASV HD touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 resolutions, a microSDHC card slot, and support for Ultra Speed up to 21Mbps as well as global roaming.

Coming in two color options: Deep Ocean and Rising Sun, this Sharp AQUOS handset is unlike most phones on Japanese market, the 104SH haven’t Infrared and 1Seg tuner.

The Japanese mobile operator, NTT DoCoMo has official announced the availability of new Sharp Aquos Phone SH-01D smartphone.

This Sharp phone will be launch in Japan on December 2nd, 2011. The most interesting of phone is 720p 3D display and 12.1MP camera with optical stabilization. Moreover, Sharp Aquos SH-01D smartphone is also water resistance.

The Aquos SH-01D is boasts a 1GHz dual-core TI OMAP4430 processor, 1GB of RAM, and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread  OS.

Thank to parallax barrier, Sharp Aquos SH-01D smartphone has a 4.5-inch glasses-free 3D display that no-require any special glasses for watch 3D video or content. New 3D phone is also equipped with a front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DLNA, NFC capabilities, and a microSD card slot.

It will be available in three flavor options – blue, black, and white. Dimensions of Sharp Aquos Phone SH-01D are 128 x 65 x 9.7 mm and weighs 138 grams.

Orange and NTT Docomo have official announced the new Sharp 3D Android smartphone. This handset is called the Sharp AQUOS PHONE SH80F smartphone, which will available in France in October 2011.

In Japan, this smartphone is known as the Sharp AQUOS PHONE SH-12C that already available at NTT DoCoMo.

According to press release, the Sharp Aquos Phone SH80F is become the Orange’s first mobile device capable of converting images and videos from 2D to 3D content in real time.

Running on Android Gingerbread OS, the Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C or Aquos Phone SH80F is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm processor.

This Sharp smartphone has a 4.2-inch touchscreen qHD 3D display, a rear-facing 8MP dual camera for 3D photos and videos.
