Korean company, Pantech has just introduced the Android phone in its home market, called the Pantech SKY IM-A630K Izar. The new handset is designed for women.

Pantech SKY IM-A630K Izar has translucent LEDs at the bottom of device that can flash different colors depending on the current events (incoming call, SMS, and so on). According to Pantech, the Korean girls are really like such as soundlights.

The Pantech SKY Izar IM-A630K has brings a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 480×800 pixels (WVGA), and support for multitouch, 5 megapixel autofocus camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, T-DMB, 500MB of internal memory, and a microSD card slot (4GB memory card included).

It is running on Android 2.1 OS and will be updated to Android 2.2. It is support for Google service, including Android Market. Its dimensions are 114.4×55.4×13.35 mm and weight 106,2g.

SKY IM-A630K Izar will be available in black and white color options. The handset will be distributed via KT mobile operator.

The South Korean company, Pantech has added its mobile phone range, namely Pantech SKY IM-U620L. The handset will be distributed via LG Telecom.

SKY IM-U620L will be available in white and black color options. The main feature of the Pantech SKY IM-U620L is support for FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) technology, which provides dual phone mode as cellular phone and cordless phone. The SKY IM-U620L phone is capable to make VoIP calls when it has Wi-Fi coverage.

Pantech SKY IM-U620L phone sports a 3-inch touchscreen TFT display with resolution of 240×400 pixel (WQVGA), IR, Bluetooth, 3MP camera, 118 MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, T-DMB, e-dictionary, and subway map.

Pantech Pursuit is a “Quick Messaging Phone” with a 2.8 inch touchscreen and sliding QWERTY keyboard. It also has this “shake feature” for launching actions like the music player and web browser. It also has 3G (no surprise) microSD card slot, GPS with AT&T Navigator, social networking apps like Facebook and MySpace, as well as a 2-megapixel camera with face recognition and geotagging.

It is available for $49.99 with a two-year contract with AT&T.

According to manufacture, this phone is resembles of a chessboard. New SKY Check Mate is executed in a folding form factor. It has a 2.6-inch display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels (QVGA), T-DMB, 2 megapixel camera, secondary camera for video calls, 36MB internal memory, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth, e-dictionary, and subway maps.

Pantech SKY Check Mate IM-S610K has an external display with standard clock, date, display emoticons, biorhythms charts, and other useful information. Size of Pantech SKY IM-S610K Check Mate is 103×51.5×15.6 mm and weight 108.5g.

Pantech SKY IM-S610K Check Mate will be available on South Korean market via KT mobile operator in three colors: white, titanium and silver, while all versions have a black color insert.

All the way from South Korea comes a new and different cellphone developed by Pantech, more specifically the SKY Pandora IM U-590 S.

The South Korea’s third-largest phone manufacture, Pantech has announced its latest Android device, namely Pantech Sirius IM-A600S. This phone is boasts 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, which is provides ability to processing of 3D and 720p HD video.

Pantech Sirius IM-A600S has brings a 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen display with resolution of 800×480 pixels, a 5MP autofocus camera, T-DMB, and Wi-Fi.

This phone is equipped with 500MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), and HDMI. Size of Pantech Sirius IM-A600S is 123.5 x 63.5 x 11.5 mm and weight 128g. It is running on Android 2.1 OS.

South Korean company, Pantech, producing mobile phones under the brand of SKY, has presented new phone in the local market, called Pantech SKY IM-U585S Therapy.

According to the manufacturer, user of Pantech SKY IM-U585S Therapy will be hold “color therapy” sessions. The keyboard of Pantech IM-U585S Therapy is equipped with 28 LEDs, which is depending on the given configuration, flash and glitter. Pantech claimed that this soundlights is positive effect on mood. Pantech SKY IM-U585S Therapy Phone is equipped with 3-megapixel camera, front camera for video calls, T-DMB, 158 MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, music player, infrared and motion sensor.

The Therapy phone is support GSM and UMTS/HSDPA 7.2 Mbps. It will be available in South Korea via SK Telecom, as well as comes in white and black color options.
