Motorola  is preparing to release an Android smartphone, namely the Motorola Charm. The handset is suitable for young people. It is a candybar phone with a textured QWERTY keyboard and horizontally oriented touchscreen display.

Motorola Charm has some elements of exterior that reminds the Motorola FlipOut, announced in early June 2010. The Motorola Charm is running on Android 2.1 Eclair with latest version of MOTOBLUR, which are improved Facebook / Twitter integration.

Motorola  and Verizon Wireless USA mobile operator introduced new flagship Android smartphone, the Motorola Droid X. The handset is preliminary announcement on 18 June 2010. According to manufacture, it is designed to push the extreme limits of Android innovation with ultra high-speed Web browsing, loads of memory, intuitive social messaging, a fast 1GHz processor, and 3G Mobile HotSpot capabilities.

New Motorola Droid X is running on Android 2.1 OS, but will also receive Android 2.2 and Adobe Flash Player 10.1 with an over-the-air update in the latter half of the summer. It also has a virtual Swype-keyboard.

Motorola Droid X smartphone is boasts 1GHz TI OMAP3630 processor, a 4.3-inch touchscreen wide display with resolution of 480×854 pixel (FWVGA), 8 megapixel autofocus camera with dual LED flash and supports 720p HD video recording, HDMI port, GPS, e-compass, Wi-Fi with support DLNA, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, 8GB flash storage, a microSD/microSDHC card slot (up to 32GB) with a 16GB card included, microUSB port, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

It has brings a 1540 mAh battery and provides up to 8 hours in talktime, up to 220 hours in standby mode. Verizon Motorola Droid X is support CDMA EV-DO Rev. A 800/1900 MHz network.

Motorola  has officially announced its new smartphone in Germany, called the Motorola Milestone XT720. This handset is the one of thinnest 8MP smartphone in the world and also the first Android smartphone with built-in xenon flash.

Motorola Milestone XT720 smartphone has brings a 3.7-inch multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 854 pixel, an 8MP autofocus camera with Xenon flash, 720 HD video recording enabled, a microSD memory card slot (an 8GB card included), GPS, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headset jack.

Ready for more leaked Motorola phones? Well then, meet the Motorola Goldfinch 8208 and the Motorola Bei Hai, which have just been spotted over at the Bluetooth SIG.

Both devices are touchscreen pones, and, according to PC Online, the Goldfinch runs Android (unknown version).

Motorola Goldfinch 8208 features a 3.2 inch display, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio with RDS, 3MP camera, and ISDB-T receiver – ISDB-T is a digital TV standard used in Latin America and Japan, so the phone will probably be launched in these markets first.

The Goldfinch looks good enough to be your next mid-end touchphone.

Nexus One users have been lucky in that they were the first to get a taste of Android 2.2, known as Froyo, but it didn’t take long before a ROM hit for the Motorola Droid. Motorola has just “outed” the Milestone XT720, which must somehow be related to the MOTOROI model of the same name, as they look alike.

Anyway, this Milestone XT720 has Android 2.1, with the possibility of going to 2.2. It also has a 3.7-inch 480 x 854 screen, 550MHz ARM Cortex A8 CPU, plus 9 hours of talk time and 320 hours of standby. It also looks like it has advanced camera with an 8 megapixel sensor, 720p/24fps video, as well as xenon flash (the first of its kind on an Android handset).
