New cheap Android smartphone, the Huawei Prism has just officially announced by T-Mobile. This budget-friendly handset from Huawei is first spotted in early March 2012 and will be available starting May 6th.
Designed for cost-conscious consumers, the T-Mobile Huawei Prism should be costs $19.99 on a new 2-year contract and after a $50 mail-in-rebate. If you don’t want long-term commitment, you can grab the Prism for priced at $149.99 no-contract.
Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, Huawei Prism smartphone has a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen display plus a 3.2MP rear-facing camera. New Prism handset has feature a 600MHz single-core processor, 256MB of RAM, and 512MB of onboard memory with expandable microSD card (a 2GB card included).
This pretty simple phone packs WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, as well as a 1,400 mAh battery.
