Nokia has announced new Xseries phone, called the Nokia X2. This phone will become available starting June 2010.

Nokia X2 is a candybar phone with Symbian S40. It has a 2.2-inch QVGA display, a 5MP camera with video recording, dual speakers, dedicated music keys, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio, a 3.5mm headset jack, and a microSD card slot.

The affordable Nokia X2 phone packs Nokia Messaging and integrated with Facebook. The Nokia X2 has priced at only €85 (around $112).

The full specs of the Nokia N8 have come out, the new handset that is expected to be released by the third quarter of this year from the Finnish company. The specs were bared through a product manager of Nokia with a spec sheet and a doc file metadata.

The specs of the Nokia N8 included a 3.5” OLED capacitve touch screen widescreen 16:9 nHD with (640*360 pixels) 16M colors, active area 43.2 mm x 76.8 mm display, a 680 Mhz processor, 256 MB RAM, 12Mpix AF camera with Carl Zeiss Tessar f/2.8 28mm wide-angle optics. Cellphones with projectors are nothing new, but then again previously released models did not boast a performance as bad as the Cool GTW18 that you see here today. While it comes with a 3.2″ touchscreen display at 240 x 400 resolution, the LED mini projector maxes out at 640 x 480 resolution, which is a far cry from the “HD 1080P” label on the device. Talk about clearly misleading whoever picks this up! Ah well, you would best leave a phone to be a phone, while a projector ought to remain at that as well. Other features that are typical of a China-originated handset would be dual SIM slots as well as a pair of microSD memory card slots. Battery life gets exhausted after half an hour of video playback using its projector.
