Dell is preparing to release its new Android smartphone, the Dell Streak Pro GS01. According to source, this Streak smartphone will be launched in Japan on March 8th, 2012 via exclusively eMobile carrier.

Coming in all-black case with 0.4 inch thick, the Dell Streak Pro GS01 phone is able to 75 Mbps speeds. The slim smartphone boasts a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of onboard storage, and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.

New Dell GS01 Streak Pro will have a 4.3-inch qHD capacitive touchscreen display with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, a rear-facing 8MP camera with LED flash, and a 1.3MP front camera.

Weighing 5.11 ounces, Dell Streak Pro GS01 smartphone will equipped with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and HSDPA.

Dell has just announced the availability of its smartphone, the Dell Venue aka Thunder in the US market. The new handset was submitted in late December 2010.

Dell has announced the launch of its newest smartphone, the Dell Venue in Hong Kong, which is running Android 2.2 Froyo operating system with a proprietary UI.

Dell Venue is largely similar to Windows Phone 7-model the Dell Venue Pro. However, the Dell Venue doesn’t have a sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 5MP camera (replaced to 8 megapixels).

Dell  is preparing to release new ‘mysterious’ smartphone, the Dell Mini 3v. The handset has already appeared on the Chinese mobile regulator TENAA. The Dell Mini 3v smartphone has brings a resistive touchscreen display, 5 megapixel camera, front camera for video calls, China-exclusive CMMB digital TV and WAPI instead of Wi-Fi.

Dell Mini 3v is designed for GSM (HSDPA supported) and TD-SCDMA networks, such as China Mobile operator. Other specs are not reported, including its operating system.

Previously known as Dell Mini 5, Dell’s first Android tablet, now called Dell Streak, has just been officially announced in the UK – where O2 will exclusively offer it via its own channels, as well as via Carphone Warehouse. The new tablet will be available starting early June – not long after Apple will launch the iPad in the UK.

According to Carphone Warehouse, the Dell Streak runs Android 1.6 – but don’t worry, Dell is officially promising an Android 2.2 update for latter this year.

The tablet’s other official features include: 5 inch WVGA multi-touch display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Google Maps, Twitter and Facebook integration, 5MP autofocus camera, 2GB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support.
