Aston Martin, well-known the British sports car manufacture, has released a new luxury Android smartphone in Hong Kong namely the Aston Martin Aspire. It seems manufactured by Acer (since it is used ‘Aspire’ brand) but it is still unclear. Previously, Aston Martin and Mobiado were unveiled the Mobiado Grand Touch Aston Martin, which is rebranded the Google Nexus S.
The Aston Martin AM668 Aspire smartphone is available in five flavors – black, white, silver, gold, and rose gold. Running on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS, this smartphone is powered by an 800MHz single-core processor, 256MB of RAM, and 512MB of ROM. New Aston Martin Aspire packs a 3.2-inch touchscreen HVGA display, a 5 megapixel camera on the back, and a VGA front-facing camera.
Other feature is a MicroSD card slot, 3G, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, GPS, and FM radio. Dimensions of AM668 Aspire are 112 x 57 x 12.7 mm.
The price of Aston Martin Aspire is around $1,290 for black, silver, and white colors, while the gold and rose gold model is cost about $1,590 that ’24K gold’ enclosure.
It is bundled with two 1,500 mAh batteries, Aston Martin headphones, a leather pouch, and more.
