Folks in Asia will be able to purchase the Nokia Lumia 610 this month. Nokia has confirmed to start selling the Lumia 610 in Philippines in ‘the final week of April’. It is followed by China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Reportedly, the Nokia Lumia 610 will be arriving in other markets later this quarter. This Nokia Windows Phone handset is aimed for a younger audience.

Coming in black, cyan, magenta and white color options, the Nokia Lumia 610 will costs €189 (about $248) before taxes and subsidies. New Lumia 610 runs Windows Phone 7.5 operating system and boasts an 800MHz CPU, 256MB RAM, and 8GB of built-in storage. Nokia Lumia 610 smartphone packs a 3.7-inch touchscreen WVGA Gorilla Glass display and a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera. Other feature is Wi-Fi with tethering and HSDPA.

A few days ago, Nokia has also official introduced the NFC-ready Lumia 610 smartphone. It is the first Windows Phone device to have NFC capabilities.
