Reverse Phone Lookup

Today the product portfolio of the Taiwanese manufacturer has a dozen of smart phones running Microsoft Windows Mobile, and only one device, Liquid A1, built on the platform of Google Android.

Next year, the vendor plans to introduce from 8 to10 new smartphones, but this time the line will be more balanced between Android and Windows Mobile: half of the models will be Android-phones.

Smartphone Liquid A1 will go on sale this week on a proposed price of 380 euros (570 dollars). The model is equipped with 3.5-inch WVGA-screen with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, single-crystal 1-GHz Snapdragon system limited to 768 MHz frequency, 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Totally, Acer will release 1 million smartphones in 2010, but over the next three to five years, the company intends to occupy about 7% of this market segment of mobile devices.
